The Hampden Model BDM-100A Brushless DC Motor is a general purpose, adjustable speed drive. The electronic controller statically rectifies one-phase AC line power to regulate the speed of the BDM-100A Brushless DC Motor. The controller is totally encased in a ventilated steel enclosure and can supply up to 3 amperes of continuous current to the motor. The control utilizes closed loop operation with Hall sensors, spaced at 120 degrees, for feedback information.
The Hampden Model RM-100 is a single-phase, dual voltage, fractional horsepower repulsion motor. It is equipped with an external brush shifting mechanism for variable speed and reverse operation.

The Hampden Model RMFM-100 is a fractional horsepower motor demonstrator developed to familiarize the student technician with the basic control and operation of the type of motor normally associated with refrigeration applications.
The Hampden Model DCM-100 is a two pole, compound wound machine consisting of a shunt field, a series field, and an armature winding. A shunt field rheostat and a two pole starter switch are also provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model MFM-100 is basically a four pole, single-phase, split-phase motor consisting of a main winding, a starting winding, a centrifugal switch, and a squirrel cage rotor. With the addition of the starting resistor, the starting capacitor, and the permanent capacitor, it is possible to operate the MFM-100 as a capacitor start motor, a two value capacitor motor, or a split-phase motor.
The Hampden Model LSM-100 Linear Synchronous Motor consist of a synchronous linear actuator, control panel, ACME thread and base assembly.
The Hampden Model IM-100 is a three-phase, four pole, squirrel cage motor with a wound stator, and squirrel cage rotor. A three pole circuit breaker is provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model DYN-100A-DM Dynamometer is a two pole, compound wound DC machine. Its frame is mounted on bearings and attached, by means of a 6 inch lever arm, to a spring scale. The scale is preloaded, using a weight to its zero center position. The torque developed by the machine is indicated directly in inch-ounces on the scale. The dynamometer is constructed using the same machine as the DM-100A DC machine. It can be operated either as a motor or as a generator and is capable of shunt, series, or compound machine operation. The machine has a coupling flange on both ends so that it may be mounted on either end of the MGB-100-DG bedplate and coupled to a motor or to a generator.

The Hampden Model DSIM-100 is a three-phase, four/six pole, squirrel cage induction motor with a two-winding stator and a squirrel cage rotor. A three pole circuit breaker is provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model DM-100A is a two pole, compound wound machine consisting of a shunt field, a series field, and an armature winding. A shunt field rheostat and two pole starter switch are also provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model DCG-100 is a two pole, compound wound machine consisting of a shunt field, a series field, and an armature winding. A shunt field rheostat and a two pole overload switch are also provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model RSIM-100 is a single-phase, four pole, dual voltage, reversing motor consisting of an armature with commutator and a dual main stator winding. A centrifugal mechanism shorts all commutator segments when motor speed reaches 1200 RPM.
The Hampden Model CSM-100 is a four pole, single-phase, split-phase motor consisting of a main winding, a starter winding, and a squirrel cage rotor. The starter winding is connected in series with a centrifugal switch and an electrolytic starting capacitor. A starter switch is provided in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model SHPM-100 is a shaded pole motor designed for continuous duty, only when a fan is used to cool it. Otherwise, the SHPM-100 should be used only at short periods of time or serious overheating of the motor could occur. A motor starting switch is provided mounted in the terminal box.
The Hampden Model LIM-100 Linear Induction Motor is essentially a squirrel-cage motor that has been split along the axis of its armature and unrolled into a flat plane. The result is a flat motor with either a single or double sided stator also called the primary. The armature or secondary requires some means of maintaining a minimal air gap, such as wheels, bearings, air cushion or magnetic repulsion.
With a fixed line voltage applied, a permanent magnet field motor is characteristic of a DC shunt motor but, generally, slightly smaller in size and lower in cost. The field is not wound, but of a high flux, low cost material such as Alnico or a ceramic composite. The speed is controlled by varying the line voltage across the armature. This type of motor is used in toys and automotive accessory drives where cost and size are of special consideration.
The Hampden Model SM-100-3 is a three-phase, four pole machine consisting of a wye/delta stator and a quadrature rotor having a DC field winding and a damper winding. A three pole circuit breaker and an ind start/sync run switch are provided in the terminal box.
